1. Pre-Event
Initial planning session with a dedicated Client Manager to determine all webcasting requirements.
Custom design of registration pop-ups, event home page and individual presentation pages. Corporate profiles including logos, speaker photo and bios can be incorporated into each company's presentation page.
Your dedicated Client Manager will coordinate with AV and other event staff regarding all technical aspects of the event.
2. Day of Event
WSW's team will arrive at least two hours prior to the start of the event for equipment set up, system tests and provide support to presenters.
Each presentation track is assigned at least one WSW representative.
WSW provides presentation webcast replay within two minutes of live capture.
